Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our cloud kitchen team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating food orders from the kitchen to delivery drivers/riders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen, drivers, and customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, quick-thinking, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assign and dispatch delivery orders to drivers/riders based on location, availability, and order priority.Monitor order preparation and delivery times to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.Track drivers in real time using dispatching software or GPS tools.Serve as the main communication point between kitchen staff, drivers, and customer support teams.Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, cancellations, or incorrect orders.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during handoff.Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, driver performance, and delivery times.Support kitchen operations with order flow management during peak hours.Escalate issues to management when necessary.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Experience working in a cloud kitchen setup is a strong advantage.Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, food delivery, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with dispatching or food delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) is a plus.Proficiency with computers, mobile apps, and GPS tracking systems.Problem-solving attitude and customer service orientation.Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
